Laania is built on strong roots

Over 20 years of experience

Laania Oy was established in 2022 when the Finnish wood fuel operations of L&T Biowatti Oy and Neova Oy merged. Although Laania is a young company, it has over 20 years of experience in the wood industry through Biowatti and Neova. We currently employ 115 people.

A realiable Nordic partner

Laania is a long-standing player in the wood and bioenergy sector, with operations in Finland and Estonia. We combine local wood procurement, efficient maritime logistics, and certified sustainability to serve Nordic energy companies reliably and with a long-term perspective.

Strong delivery network

In Estonia, we operate through our subsidiary Laania Estonia Oü. We deliver wood from Estonia based on our own production. We also deliver from various ports in Latvia, organized by our partners. Pulpwood and logs are delivered from Finland.
